About Garsworld

Garsworld was founded in 1996 by Gary ("Gar") Crandall. Originally a simple entertainment site for family and friends, Garsworld began offering stock advice in 2000, helping traders navigate through the turbulent era that followed the tech bubble collapse. Evolving mostly from a grass roots following, Garsworld has since become one of the most unique stock advisories on the world wide web.

Although Garsworld offers a handful of My Trading Tools for a nominal fee, the bulk of the content herein is ad-sponsored and free to the public. Our philosophy of business is to offer trading and stock market guidance, first and foremost, with making a profit as a secondary consideration. You will find stock market content herein that you might not find in any other site.

StockVision

StockVision was originally developed in 2004 to meet the growing demand for stock trading advisories. Originally, trading advice was provided by Gar himself, with live posts and commentary. Eventually, all trading techniques and strategies were rolled into a single software product called Vulcan Oracle. Later, the product was renamed OracleTrader, and has evolved into one of the most powerful stock screeners available. In 2008, OracleTrader II was released, with updated strategies. The latest incarnation---StockVision---has embedded newer strategies to accurately gauge market direction.

GarsWorld offers a free trial (with NO credit card taken) of StockVision. The trial is a fully functioning version and is offered for a one-week period.
