The "lunar bounce" is a coined phrase for trading a stock near its session
low at the close, expecting the stock to bounce sharply in the next session. It
is called "lunar" since other traders notice the low price at market closing,
only to think about it overnight. Hence, nighttime thought, or lunar (moon)
thinking.
Playing this bounce is counterintuitive, however, because is a contrarian
play. But this video will help you develope nerves of steel, and why you should
become a contrarian trader when others are running for the exit!
