nester [7:29]: NEW YORK (AP) -- Stock futures fell Tuesday as investors remain wary of European debt problems.

Investors have been conflicted in recent days, buying up stocks one day only to sell them off the next as upbeat domestic economic reports are offset by worries about debt problems overseas and a potential overhaul of financial regulation.

Debt problems in Europe are again a worry Tuesday. Investors will, however, get reports on factory orders and home sales later in the day that are expected to show the economy is improving, which could spark a rally.

European markets dropped because of ongoing worries over whether a $144 billion bailout package for Greece will be approved by other the 15 other European Union members that would foot much of the bill. The cost of the Greek bailout package could make it harder for the EU to rescue other countries that might face similar debt woes.

nester [7:30]: BERLIN, May 4 (Reuters) - Greece must raise funds from capital markets to meet part of its financial needs not covered by an international bailout, German government officials said on Tuesday.

Economy Minister Rainer Bruederle said the package agreed for Greece is not intended to cover the country's entire financial requirements for the next three years.

Earlier, a well-placed government source told Reuters that Greece's capital requirements until 2012 are greater than the 110 billion euros included in the euro zone and IMF rescue package agreed by European finance ministers on Sunday.

nester [7:33]: CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Interest rates rose in the bond market Monday after positive economic data and a deal to combine United and Continental Airlines raised expectations about the economy.

Stock prices rose after reports on improvements in manufacturing, construction and consumer spending and the airlines deal. The Dow Jones industrials rose 143 points. The stock rally reduced demand for safe investments like Treasurys.

nester [7:34]: FRANKFURT (MarketWatch) -- Oil futures dropped below $85 a barrel on Tuesday, as the dollar's strength and expectations of build-ups in U.S. petroleum supplies weighed on prices.

nester [7:36]: LONDON (MarketWatch) -- European shares fell on Tuesday, with banks down as worries about the financial health of Southern European countries resurfaced, while miners were slammed by a proposed tax hike in Australia.

karenbcz [8:34]: and YRCW!

karenbcz [8:42]: RW: Looks like YRCW will prolly gap UP, not down: "the company repaid $29 million on its asset-backed securitization (“ABS”) facility primarily from collections of its fourth quarter revenues. At March 31, 2010, the company reported cash and cash equivalents of $130 million, unused revolver reserves of $107 million and unrestricted availability of $4 million under the company’s $950 million revolving credit facility. " "Our operating results improved sequentially throughout the quarter as reflected in our adjusted EBITDA of $(27) million in January, $(21) million in February, and $(5) million in March,” added Sheila Taylor, Executive Vice President and CFO of YRC Worldwide. “We continue to remove additional cost from the business and more effectively manage our working capital, which has allowed us to preserve liquidity under our credit facility.”

Andrew [8:47]: Good morning.

karenbcz [8:49]: I just lookd at chart of INOD .. it already went up 0.10 at the close ... so, may not be a good one for the open.

Andrew [8:50]: Today looks like the biggest gap down we've had in a while.

rw [8:52]: I think DPZ is a good gap down play-------COMMENTS please?

LEECO [8:53]: morning andrew,kotar

jim [8:53]: morning all

jim [8:55]: RW agree DPZ looks good

rw [8:55]: thanks andrew - is there a better GAP down out there ----anyone

Andrew [8:55]: I think I'm going to look for a fast bounce in the early morning and then get heavily short.

rw [8:56]: thanks Jim...

jim [8:56]: RW looks like the market is going to gap down therefore gaps down may not work

rw [8:57]: COCO deserves watching --good fundamentals etc ------but as things get better fewer people take classes -----------

Andrew [8:57]: RDN might be interesting RW. It previously has bounced in the 12.90s.

rw [8:57]: Jim -----per the explanation ----I think that the only time to play gap downs is when market gap downs----ANDREW - please explain that--------

rw [8:58]: Yes RDN may be very goode

rw [8:58]: good not goode

kotarah [8:58]: Photronics: Citadel Advisors discloses 5.3% stake in 13G filing (5.60)

Andrew [8:58]: I don't like COCO as much because its daily chart is in a steep downtrend and a ton of volume is caught on the wrong side after the rally yesterday in the last hour.

rw [8:59]: good point Andrew ------Andrew - explain why it is good to play gap downs when market gap down

Hank [8:59]: OCLR huge gap down

rw [9:00]: bad symnbol hank

rw [9:00]: good symbol sorry

Hank [9:01]: OCLR- OCLRD now

Andrew [9:02]: People who trade a lot pre-market are normally not considered to be the smart money so there is often a big reaction beyond what is justified by the fundamentals. Then the big funds step in often and add shares at discounted prices. The specialist also sometimes tries to open stocks extra low since it takes the opposite side of the trades if there is a demand imbalance.

Swami [9:02]: morning

rw [9:03]: thanks andrew

jim [9:04]: L THC 6.15

Andrew [9:04]: When the whole market is gapping down then normally it draws in buyers to the entire market so the overall buying can help boost even companies gapping down an extra amount. Whereas if the market is gapping up, that usually draws in sellers to the entire market so that can further hurt the companies that were gapping down showing relative weakness.

rw [9:05]: appreciate that andrew -----I always thought that way but you explain it where all can understand it

jim [9:06]: thxs Andrew

Andrew [9:06]: It doesn't always work that way, but that's my understanding of the theory.

rw [9:06]: EMR looks good

nester [9:06]: FAZ up this morning

kotarah [9:06]: QCOR

Andrew [9:09]: The gap also works because if the stock has bad news the 'dumb money' retail investors just send in market sell orders for right when the market opens so that can also lead to an extreme over-reaction. The market makers who then take the opposite sides of those retail trades then have an incentive to do even more buying to drive up the price so they can make their own short-term profit.

Andrew [9:11]: There is also further buying from those who were short and were right so they start taking profits once the selling pauses.

Andrew [9:12]: Huge funds that want to sell a ton of shares that day also have an incentive to hold off aggressive selling as long as possible so that the price doesn't fall too much too fast so they can sell more shares at higher prices.

LEECO [9:13]: morning swami---to all check sectors on SV-all green??? & bear/bull moved right since last night ?>

karenbcz [9:14]: "Andrew[8:50 (USA)]: Today looks like the biggest gap down we've had in a while." ... Andrew ... "lunar bounce" to the downside. IMHO, best way to play would've been to buy a cheap ETF @ yesterday's close. Since we were up so much yesterday ... that was the clue, we'd have a down open.

karenbcz [9:14]: (just thinking out loud) :>)

Andrew [9:15]: Yes, that worked have worked out well, but it wasn't ideal since in the last hour we came off of our highs significantly already.

karenbcz [9:15]: Andrew: as per my previous comment ... look at EEV, TZA, FAZ premarket.

karenbcz [9:16]: ANdrew; THAT was the signal!!! (that we'd open down this a.m.) "we came off our highs" .. at the close ... think about it! :>)

majour [9:18]: Morning all

Andrew [9:18]: Yeah good point. I agree with you.

Andrew [9:19]: Today's actually the biggest gap down of 2010 I think.

karenbcz [9:19]: Uh? How do you know? Market not opened yet.

Andrew [9:21]: Based on the futures and where SPY is trading pre-market.

Andrew [9:21]: ...just what I'm extrapolating.

karenbcz [9:23]: k.

Andrew [9:23]: We're still in our range from the last few weeks though - we aren't gapping below it.

LEECO [9:24]: morning majour

Andrew [9:24]: We should be opening pretty close to Friday afternoon's low.

rw [9:24]: karen I need to try and understand why tza was an indicator of a down day today----

Joe47121 [9:24]: All - I've been trying to tweek a screen filter for the MACD daily Histogram but so far have no luck. Any of you looked at this? any luck with it?

Andrew [9:24]: rw, TZA is just a leveraged inverse of the Russell 2000 index.

rw [9:25]: thanks andrew - I knew that ---guess that tza going down late indicated a negative open today

Andrew [9:26]: If you look at IWM (Russell 2000 etf), it finished right near highs so a great lunar short setup, such as buying TZA.

karenbcz [9:26]: RW: go to your stocks tab, and UNCHECK "stocks". Then check Bear ETFs.

rw [9:26]: thanks karen..will do that in a minute

karenbcz [9:27]: you've got 1 minute left. Remember %Gap column is a pre-market indicator only.

Andrew [9:27]: I haven't really used the MACD histogram yet but I think other traders have been experimenting with it. Gar might be the best one to ask.

LEECO [9:28]: morning joe,

karenbcz [9:28]: WHOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! HOLY SMOKES!! There's the GAP DOWN on YRCW!!!

karenbcz [9:28]: YRCW just went RED in a hurry!

Andrew [9:28]: Since the market's been kind of range-bound recently rather than trending, I would imagine indicators like the histogram have been leading to more false signals.

LEECO [9:28]: tza is a bear etf

Andrew [9:29]: YRCW looks precarious but it's still within yesterday's range so could be okay.

madriver [15:35]: it will be back if you hold I believe. Nothing technically or fundementally wrong other than downturn

Andrew [15:35]: A big short squeeze in CAB

Gar [15:36]: Here for the bearish close.

Gar [15:36]: I was heavily short in papertrader from last night, I thought yesterday's rally was nonsense.

Andrew [15:36]: Yeah, the Bear/Bull composite hasn't been big green for a long time it seems

carr [15:36]: Karen, the elliott pattern on MON suggests that it is at or near the end of a down wave 5 which if you believe in elliott theory means a reversal up is not that far off.

karenbcz [15:37]: Did we have a rally yesterday??? I forgot. LOL!

Gar [15:37]: Yeah, and the rally was obviously bogus. I remember thinking "what on earth is wrong with these people?"

karenbcz [15:37]: LOL!

LEECO [15:38]: GAR-just found out Willie has been out of town for last week-got back to-day-I talked to Sarah his secty and she'll lety him know of our (my) request for update

Gar [15:38]: They were all buying-buying-buying right in the face of giant negative headline potential. Almost serves the right.

madriver [15:38]: karen when did you buy MON?

karenbcz [15:38]: I forgot the rally yesterday, but I'll never forget how "ILL" I feel today ... like my soul's been ripped outta me. Or maybe it's the yogurt I had for lunch.

Gar [15:39]: I meant almost serves them right, silly buying.

madriver [15:39]: knight says to buy

Gar [15:39]: So what do you guys think---will they try to jam this back up or will they pound everything to pulp?

Andrew [15:39]: It seemed way too overdone and that selling in the last hour yesterday on a little bigger volume was a sign.

Andrew [15:39]: I think down a little bit but nothing too dramatic

karenbcz [15:39]: MAD: I bot on "dip" at beginning of April, and kept averaging down.

Gar [15:40]: Averaging down---a suicide play.

madriver [15:40]: oh I thought you bought today...averaging down....wild

rw [15:40]: glad you are here and said that Gar.....

karenbcz [15:40]: Yes, .... suicide. AND, I had the HUBRIS to recommend buying MON when I'd just joined StockVision. I hope no one took my advice! LOL!

Andrew [15:41]: out MMR +1%

Gar [15:41]: Yeah I don't see a massive drop before the close, because the sellers have to get past the dip buyers. And if this keeps up, these dippers will buy all the way down until they're broke.

ortrade [15:41]: Since 10.45 we have been in a nasty sideways..

Andrew [15:41]: And we're already down -250.

karenbcz [15:41]: I'm only buying penny stocks .... and even THOSE keep dropping!

rw [15:41]: I feel my forcast of 170 down down is a little off target.

Gar [15:41]: I think I heard a "No end in sight" last week from an analyst. That alone should have been the end.

madriver [15:42]: I learned the hard way on dip buying......never fight overall trend

Andrew [15:42]: It looks like the selling is getting pretty dramatic though

LEECO [15:42]: karen you got into MON at about $70>>

Andrew [15:42]: out 1/3rd FAZ +1%

madriver [15:42]: why are you buying....trend is down today

Gar [15:42]: Wow, A/D line almost 7 to 1 negative. Yesterday with all the whooping bullishness it was 3 to 1 positive. Shows us we are on a solid downtrend.

karenbcz [15:42]: LEE: my average price is approx. $67.80

Andrew [15:43]: CAB has so many shorts trying to cover, it doesn't care how much the market is selling off apparently.

karenbcz [15:43]: LEE; That was a MONTH AGO! Rode it all the way down to $61.oo :>(

LEECO [15:43]: karen-I had MON last year when it dropped held it and finally sold at a profit-if you can afford to hold it is a good company with a good future

Gar [15:43]: If you guys want to do dip buying, it should be ONLY on a daytrade basis. You can make nice gains buying stocks that go down in deep flames, then hold for 20 minutes.

madriver [15:44]: like LF

karenbcz [15:44]: GAR: You're scaring me!

madriver [15:44]: did well on LF crater

LEECO [15:44]: GAR -have you a screen for dip buying to select the stocks?

Andrew [15:44]: out 2nd half RDN +2%

madriver [15:44]: look for the biggest losers!lol

Gar [15:45]: I did triple digit gains in 2001 by jumping in deep lows, holding for 1/2 day and selling. It was like taking candy from a baby. What's weird is that every one of those would TREND lower and lower, yet I was making steady gains going long.

Andrew [15:45]: added to CAB 21.30

knight [15:45]: take profit from aig 39,5 to 38.1 part 2

karenbcz [15:45]: GAR: You mean just buying deep lows?

Gar [15:45]: Leeco, YES. It's called Bouncers.

LEECO [15:46]: Rigjht on--

Andrew [15:46]: Interesting... the market is surging up and UUP is on highs.

ortrade [15:46]: CAB one of my earlier picks today is hitting the jackpot.. not unusual it shaked me off before the climb..

madriver [15:46]: that makes perfect sense

Gar [15:46]: karen, I mean wait for a deep trough, an overreactive sell-off (kind of like gap downs), jump in and hold only for a very short while. That's a reliable way to play a bear market but without going short.

majour [15:46]: Out PEIX from 1.08 to 1.17

karenbcz [15:47]: CARR: u still here?

madriver [15:47]: Karen look at LF today...it was down 25% early today now down around 18%

Gar [15:47]: And that technique works best in a highly volatile market. It doesnt work well in a sideways uptrending market.

Andrew [15:47]: I think bouncers are working especially well now too because of the bullish algorithms in use by institutional traders.

Andrew [15:47]: There are lots of retracements

Gar [15:48]: Yeah Andrew, and of course the eternal dip buyers.

knight [15:48]: not bad look at peix - look as a start for a run

Andrew [15:49]: out another 1/3rd FAZ +1%

madriver [15:49]: eternal into oblivion

karenbcz [15:49]: KNIGHT: yes, PEIX looks ready to run. $1.17 new recent high.

knight [15:49]: long time on the side , it's ready to fire

LEECO [15:50]: GAR-Iwas looking at CAAS which is leading the bouncers early to-day but wasscared off by all the red "flags"

madriver [15:50]: everything appears to be lining up on peix

madriver [15:51]: LEE---that's a chinese firm...you might know that....I might stear away from china

rw [15:51]: yes madriver - i would stay from china now.

madriver [15:52]: that's what I just said

Gar [15:52]: leeco, the bounce trade is very fast. You don't hold long. The "red" marks only matter for longer holds, like a couple of days or more.

Andrew [15:52]: out last 1/3rd FAZ -0.24%

Gar [15:52]: Oh man here come the bozos jamming this up.

Andrew [15:52]: Interesting turn of events

Gar [15:53]: I was hoping for a lunar setup. If they keep pounding us up, the lunar is ruined.

Andrew [15:53]: I bet they want to close SPY right near 117.50 - a key resistance level from the fall.

karenbcz [15:53]: GAR: PCBC was a nice lunar trade last nite.

karenbcz [15:53]: !!

madriver [15:53]: who is "they"

Andrew [15:53]: I mean March - not the fall, lol

LEECO [15:54]: OK so if I were to buy CAAS then hold till tomorrow and cash in then-It is lower than it has been anytime since Mid-March

Andrew [15:54]: they = big institutions

Gar [15:54]: The lunar is being destroyed.

carr [15:54]: Add PEIX 1.17

ortrade [15:55]: CYTX looks like its done faking for the day..lol..

madriver [15:55]: they are all working in unison I suppose

rw [15:55]: andrew - market will close closer to 170 down than 260 down lOL

Andrew [15:55]: Nope, the opposite. There might be buying algorithms and selling algorithms set around certain key levels so the prices tend to gravitate towards them.

Gar [15:55]: Karen, last night, a lunar (long) would generally have been the wrong play. Market closed near its high, which is the precise opposite of what you want.

Andrew [15:56]: out CAB +1%

madriver [15:56]: then they are working in unison

karenbcz [15:56]: Oh! I was just referring to one stock. But I understand ... the lunar trade is good when the whole market is down ... like today??

ortrade [15:56]: CYTX is probably a good overnight hold..

Andrew [15:57]: The algorithms are usually against each other and there's always a robot war between the mutual fund algos and the high frequency trading firms predatory algos.

karenbcz [15:58]: GAR: "the lunar is being destroyed" ... ? what do you mean?

madriver [15:59]: I see your point however .....thinking

ortrade [15:59]: Exit CYTX =+50$pe

madriver [15:59]: just thinking about time

ortrade [15:59]: Exit FST +18$pe

Gar [15:59]: karen, the lunar bounce is ONLY a workable strategy when we close at or very near the lows. Dow was -260 and they pounded it +40 points. That generally ruins th lunar.

ortrade [15:59]: Exit ABX -25$pe

ortrade [16:00]: Exit HMY _5$pe

karenbcz [16:00]: GAR: k.

ortrade [16:00]: meant -5pe

Sandman [16:00]: Gar on 4/26/10 I bought 2200 shares of SBSA (Hot Stocks Now). I'm up 28.92% as of today's close.

carr [16:00]: Ernie, been trying Think or Swim, I like their tools very much

madriver [16:00]: sandman.....awesome

madriver [16:01]: carr....didn't like it at first but getting used to it. How much are they charging you a trade?

Sandman [16:01]: thanks madriver

carr [16:01]: I have the Canada version and I think it is around $9

carr [16:02]: about the same as what Fidelity charges me

ortrade [16:02]: Summary for the day -118$pe

madriver [16:03]: oh because they were charging 9.95 a trade and I called them and they dropped it to 7.95 so might want to give that a try...might be able to save a few dollars on both sides of trade

carr [16:03]: thanks madriver

Hank [16:04]: nite all

carr [16:04]: hey usdojpr good to see you here.

carr [16:05]: take care Hank

carr [16:09]: Sandman, now you have us all waiting for your question

madriver [16:09]: it better be good!!!

Sandman [16:09]: I was wondering why do you put most of your money on one stock? How come you don't split it up into thirds or quarters?

Gar [16:09]: I think they will bounce the market in the AM, but very likely people will sell into it.

madriver [16:09]: COME ON

madriver [16:10]: Sandman ....what was that!!!!

Sandman [16:10]: I was asking karenbcz this question.

madriver [16:10]: she's a risk taker at heart

karenbcz [16:10]: SAND: Clearly, I made a mistake. I have a real problem with "overconfidence". It's called HUBRIS.

karenbcz [16:10]: LOL!

Andrew [16:10]: I was thinking the same thing. The close today should encourage enough bulls and/or scare enough shorts into buying, but I expect there will be larger sellers on the opposite side of the trades.

madriver [16:10]: i'm kidding

karenbcz [16:11]: made same mistake in 2000

carr [16:11]: karen, what is HUBRIS?

Sandman [16:11]: Well I hope you make out on that trade.

usdojpr [16:11]: Carr- licking my wounds today

carr [16:12]: karen you are right most of the time

karenbcz [16:12]: LOL!

madriver [16:13]: carr.....you are too nice

karenbcz [16:13]: I'm real bad about that ...

carr [16:14]: actually madriver, I have made pretty good money on Karen's ideas

karenbcz [16:14]: when i lose $$, I can't believe I was wrong. :>(

madriver [16:14]: I've seen some her trades.....real losers

madriver [16:14]: i'm teasing...i really don't follow anyone's trades to be honest

karenbcz [16:15]: that's ok .. everyone's entitled to their OPINION. :>)

madriver [16:15]: karen..i was teasing

madriver [16:15]: I don't follow trades

madriver [16:15]: I don't daytrade either

carr [16:15]: not at all madriver. I only trade what I think is good. I really respect karen's opinion to my beneifit.

karenbcz [16:15]: MAD: you're like me .. I do "my own thing" ..

madriver [16:16]: basically yea.......stockvision has helped me quit a bit I have to admit

Sandman [16:16]: So far I've made five trades. 3 wins and 2 still holding at a profit.

karenbcz [16:17]: Actually, I still post many of my trades on StockFetcher. Few losers.

karenbcz [16:17]: EXCEPT MON .. :>(

madriver [16:17]: You know what....I cancelled stockfetcher

karenbcz [16:17]: Gawd! I hope no one bught that based on my recommendation. boo hoo!

karenbcz [16:17]: MAD: when?

madriver [16:18]: I can't really explain the method to my madness just follow the trend and I use the 100ma alot

karenbcz [16:18]: MAD: what was your screen name on SF?

usdojpr [16:18]: Carr- I just hope(prey) this maket bounces Weds. Give me a chance to regroup.

Andrew [16:19]: Why are the ag stocks like MON having such a bad year?

madriver [16:19]: I don't even remember...I'd have to go type it in. I wasn't on there long....maybe 3 months

karenbcz [16:19]: oh .. 3 mos. not long ...

carr [16:20]: usdojpr, if not then we all need to alter our strategy and go short.

karenbcz [16:20]: I love SF. I was one of the original members 7 yrs. ago.

madriver [16:21]: Andrew...good question.....I think they usually move up nicely in the spring. Maybe because MON and MOS where trading at very high highs a year ago...cylical thing maybe

carr [16:21]: jim are you there?

karenbcz [16:21]: ANDREW: I don't know Y MON down so low.

usdojpr [16:21]: Understood. I am long on my options in june and july. anything can happen.

karenbcz [16:21]: ANDREW: my chart sez MON could go down another $2.oo .. :>(

karenbcz [16:22]: =$58-59

karenbcz [16:22]: omg!!

Andrew [16:22]: Going short can make things a lot easier when there's volatility and selling pressure. I've been having a field day with this market.

madriver [16:22]: might of been 2 years ago now.....

carr [16:22]: Karen, MON may drop a little more, but it is still pretty sound

carr [16:23]: from a fundemental point of view

madriver [16:23]: Andrew....keep up the good work...be careful.

karenbcz [16:23]: CARR: my chart sez -$2 possible.

Andrew [16:23]: When there's volatility, the longs can be easier too. I love volatility - it's the environment I learned to trade in.

karenbcz [16:23]: it's THE WORST trade I've ever done.

karenbcz [16:24]: WORST trade I've ever done was selling DNDN @$5.35.

carr [16:24]: Yes Karen, but when the wave 5 down completes and is confirmed, it will reverse

Andrew [16:24]: For every DNDN though, there's probably 500 which never wind up doing anything.

madriver [16:24]: you have to trade volitility otherwise there's really no great trades

karenbcz [16:25]: typo .. i meant MON wasn't the worst ... I've had others .. i.e, DNDN

madriver [16:25]: karen...be patient with MON

madriver [16:25]: hold it like a baby......lol

karenbcz [16:25]: ok .. :>)

carr [16:26]: Karen, we have all had bad trades. I lost $25k on WAMU patience grasshopper

carr [16:26]: gotta go folks, have a good evening, and I hope we all do better tomorrow.

karenbcz [16:27]: c'ya'

Andrew [16:27]: Bye

madriver [16:27]: later dirty ernie

madriver [16:27]: karen....dirty ernie wants to ask you a question

madriver [16:28]: later andrew

madriver [16:30]: karen can I ask you a question?

Andrew [16:31]: Have a good afternoon

madriver [16:31]: later dude

karenbcz [16:31]: yep.

madriver [16:32]: are you polish?

karenbcz [16:32]: OMG! I'm reading the SF board. so funny!!

karenbcz [16:32]: "alf" says market "topped" on 4-26 .. consistent with Gar's opinion.

karenbcz [16:33]: better check the charts ...

karenbcz [16:33]: byeeeee

Andrew [17:00]: Leeco, most stocks I see in after hours have only recovered a tiny bit of what they lost today.

karenbcz [17:26]: Wow! I just noticed ... YRCW dropped to 0.49. That is really CHEAP!

karenbcz [22:34]: Altho' the afterhours close shows $44.93, donw only 0.51 cents ... LOOK at the volume = OVER 18 MILLION shrs. traded in afterhours!

Andrew [22:58]: Holding a biotech stock overnight (especially through earnings) is about the riskiest thing I can imagine. I hope a lot of the investors were hedged.

Andrew [23:02]: I bet some day traders got caught in it too because of the halt during mid-day.

Andrew [23:23]: By the way, the 44.93 print was manipulation - just one trade for 400 shares. Just a couple minutes earlier it was still trading in the 10.60s.
